Once live, we continue to monitor and update so your listings stay consistent and accurate across the web. When anything changes – hours, address, phone – just contact your Account Director and we handle the update. We check in with you a few times a year to make sure everything is still accurate. Reviews & Reputation Management We will set up your review request account shortly. Review requests go out automatically via email to your customers when you supply us with a list or even just a single email address! We write responses to all your positive reviews on your behalf. When a negative review comes in, we reach out to collaborate with you before anything is posted.
